Project Manager – Government Public Service & Federal Expert Services at Saviynt. Location Information: United States. Own the end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation through Go-Live) for Saviynt platform implementations. Serve as the gatekeeper for the Statement of Work (SOW). Assist customer success managers in managing communication related to updates, patches, and fixes. Assist with reporting on status of various federal compliance and security initiatives. Report on key operational and financial metrics. Develop and manage operational initiatives to drive process improvements. Monitor and manage project risks related to federal regulations. Collaborate with agency stakeholders and technical architects. Maintain a RAID log. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for federal C-suite executives. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. Deliver status reports, steering committee presentations, and health dashboards. Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s Degree or relevant experience preferred. Minimum 7+ years of dedicated IT Project Management experience. 3–5 years of direct experience managing technical delivery within the U.S. Federal Government, DoD, or FSI ecosystems. Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), or Zero Trust domains. Minimum 7-10 years in professional services, consulting, or team leadership within the technology sector. Minimum 5 years of experience managing and delivering complex technical projects. PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred. Active Federal Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret clearance required. Deep familiarity with federal procurement processes. Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SmartSheet. Security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually
