Senior Account Manager at Foodsmart. Location Information: United States. Foodsmart is the largest telehealth network of registered dietitians in the country with a mission to make eating well simple.. Build and maintain strong working relationships within relevant client stakeholders. Drive account retention by maintaining high client satisfaction. Manage annual revenue retention and growth for your client portfolio. Participate in and lead regular client check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions. Execute established account management standards and processes. Respond quickly to client-raised issues. Track and manage open action items, deliverables, and timelines. Provide customer success and day-to-day support. Develop and execute account strategies. Lead client-specific program improvements and initiatives. Prepare and deliver client-facing reporting and materials. Serve as an internal liaison for client needs. Lead delivery of marketing campaigns. Monitor key program metrics. Identify and address performance gaps or at-risk accounts. 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, healthcare consulting, or healthcare services. Demonstrated history of exceeding performance-based metrics. Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset. Experience in meeting revenue retention targets. Familiarity with health plan operations and lines of business. Understanding of complex contracting and provider agreements. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent). Bachelor's degree in business, public health, nutrition, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred). Experience with food-as-medicine programs, nutrition benefits, SDOH interventions, telehealth, wellness, or related health services (preferred). Pay range:. $123K - $130K. Remote-First Company.
