Joint Go-to-Market: Build co-marketing and co-selling programs and campaigns.. Relationship Management: Own partner relationships from introduction to growth.. Deal Support: Support sales with ecosystem leverage in deals.. Program Building: Establish scalable partnership program processes.. Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate across Product, Sales, and Marketing.. 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances in fintech, SaaS, or mortgage technology.. Understanding of the mortgage technology ecosystem, especially POS and LOS platforms.. Track record of signing and activating partnerships that produced measurable pipeline or revenue.. Experience building joint go-to-market and co-selling motions with technology partners.. Comfort working closely with Product and Engineering on integration partnerships.. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and program-management skills.. Self-starter comfortable building a function from scratch.. Pay range:. $135K - $175K. Fully remote.
