A preferred vendor of Compass, Luxury Presence was founded by Malte Kramer, a Stanford GSB graduate, and is backed by Silicon Valley’s Switch Ventures and top angel investors.. Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform.. Create the golden paths engineers and agents ship on, including a unified CI/CD pipeline, GitOps-based delivery, and an IaC module catalog.. Generalize agent isolation patterns into reusable platform primitives.. Build and operate the validation platform and quality gates.. Own the reliability and observability of built platforms, creating dashboards and operational controls.. Senior-level experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering with production infrastructure at scale.. Active use of AI development tools in infrastructure workflow.. Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS (IAM, VPC, ECR, SSM/Secrets Manager, S3, SQS, Lambda, RDS/Aurora).. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps.. Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.. Full incident-ownership experience, including on-call duties and incident follow-up.. Excellent cross-team communication skills..
