Work on a number of simultaneous projects, executed with high attention to detail, on time and budget.. Support creative leads to help our customers achieve goals and add business value through design.. Take ownership of technical motion innovations, including Rive and Lottie animations.. Explore and integrate AI-powered tools for video, image generation, and animation enhancements.. Work on interactive motion projects that push the limits of storytelling and engagement.. BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field.. Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video expertise.. Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D and video editing a plus).. Experience working with Rive and Lottie animations.. Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.. Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget.. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.. Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative tech.. Knowledge of working with UI design systems..
