Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and experience redesigning workflows for improved efficiency and business impact.. Experience optimizing customer acquisition journeys, particularly self-service, product-led growth, or free trial experiences.. Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS (preferred).. Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing organizations (preferred).. Background in management consulting or strategic operations (preferred).. Experience implementing automation, AI workflows, or process optimization initiatives (preferred)..
