Lead Partnerships Manager, Data & Risk at Dave. Location Information: United States. Dave is the finance version of David and Goliath taking on the big banks and helping millions with money challenges.. Own and scale a portfolio of high-impact partnerships supporting Dave’s risk, data, and financial infrastructure.. Work closely with various departments to identify partnership opportunities, lead evaluations, and manage partnerships.. Understand Dave’s products and translate that into a partnerships strategy.. Evaluate new partners for commercial fit, data quality, and risk impact.. Build scorecards for partner accountability including service levels and data reliability.. Run partnerships end to end from sourcing to post-launch performance.. Lead partner governance and risk mitigation strategies.. Build relationships with senior leaders of partner organizations.. 8+ years in fintech partnerships or product strategy.. Strong product sense with experience in improving product outcomes.. Commercial and analytical instincts with experience in business cases and financial models.. Experience negotiating and managing complex partner relationships.. Ability to lead across multiple departments.. Clear communication skills for senior stakeholders.. Good judgment regarding member experience and regulatory sensitivity..
