Plan and execute in-store operations for Seasonal and Mainstay card programs to ensure quality and consistency.. Partner with 3rd party merchandisers for execution of weekly store maintenance, including branded signage installation and replenishment triaging.. Coordinate with third-party partners to launch new stores, manage store remodels, and oversee store closures.. Support the launch and execution of new Wholesale programs by managing in-store execution and ensuring accountability.. Summarize in-store operations weekly metrics and present them to key stakeholder teams.. Develop and implement reporting for performance metrics across the Wholesale Greeting Card supply chain.. Track data associated with 3rd party merchandisers to ensure completion compliance.. Provide critical operations store-level updates for Seasonal card programs.. Collaborate with Inventory Specialists to address specific store-level inventory needs and allocations.. Oversee and maintain records for the store footprint and card fixtures.. Provide analytical support in cost negotiations with Wholesale partners.. Proactive and results-focused, with the ability to learn quickly and prioritize effectively.. Experienced in demand planning and inventory management.. Detail- and process-oriented with strong organizational skills.. Analytically minded with the ability to leverage large sets of data to deliver actionable insights.. Creative problem solver obsessed with product quality and operational excellence.. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.. 1-3 years of experience working in operations or supply chain (academic experience considered)..
