Lead Technical Program Manager at Dave. Location Information: United States. Dave is the finance version of David and Goliath taking on the big banks and helping millions with money challenges.. Lead complex new product programs from early concept and technical discovery through development, launch, iteration, and scale.. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate product strategy into executable roadmaps.. Create clarity around architecture, dependencies, risk, operational readiness, and critical decisions as products move through different stages of development.. Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Data, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure launches work end to end.. Build launch and experimentation frameworks that help teams test assumptions and use data to inform future strategies.. Anticipate technical and operational constraints early and help balance speed to market with reliability.. 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs.. Proven experience taking products from early definition through launch.. Strong technical fluency across modern software systems including mobile applications, APIs, and distributed systems.. Experience operating in ambiguous product environments.. Strong understanding of experimentation, analytics, launch readiness, and product development lifecycles..
