CRM Operations Manager at MyFitnessPal. Location Information: United States. MyFitnessPal provides powerful tools that make it easier for everyone to live a healthier life by tracking meals and physical activity.. Serve as the team’s Braze expert for segmentation, personalization, and experimentation.. Document CRM processes, naming conventions, and governance standards.. Act as point of contact with Data Engineering and MarTech for troubleshooting and monitoring data pipelines.. Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows.. Partner with teams to improve data pipelines, attributes, and events.. Manage segmentation, dynamic content, and automation logic in Braze.. Develop reusable templates and modular components for campaigns.. Develop and maintain a source of truth for campaigns and canvases.. Keep the team on track for high priority deliverables.. Support setup and QA of complex lifecycle campaigns and triggered journeys in Braze.. Conduct rendering and link testing for messages.. Assist with dynamic content and data-driven configurations for advanced campaigns.. Execute on Ads team campaigns across email and IAMs.. 4 - 6+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Operations.. Advanced working knowledge of Braze, including Canvas orchestration, Connected Content, and Liquid logic.. Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for email and in-app message development.. Working knowledge of SQL or comparable tools.. Solid understanding of CRM data structures.. Adoption of AI tools in Braze and Claude..
