Partner with regional managers in EMEA/APAC to ensure consistent standards and shared knowledge.. Serve as the senior leadership point of contact during high-impact security incidents.. Track and report on key performance indicators for the North America region.. 5+ years of experience leading technical security teams (Detection Engineering, Hunting, or Incident Response).. Experience managing distributed or remote teams.. Ability to balance local autonomy with global alignment.. Possess technical depth to guide Staff/Principal Engineers.. Skilled advocate for the team and effective communicator with non-technical stakeholders.. Pay range:. $220K - $240K. 100% remote work environment..
