Manually test the Nutrafol website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues in a modified Agile process that adapts quickly to creative change. Find, clearly report, and track bugs and other defects in Jira, working in close collaboration with the QA lead, product managers, and developers to solve issues. Ability to quickly understand testing tasks and follow through on testing in a timely manner. Test ecommerce site across desktop, mobile, and tablet viewports and devices, as well as test across different browsers. 5+ years of experience in manual Quality Assurance Testing of websites and mobile apps within an eCommerce environment. Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills (oral and written). Good knowledge of JIRA and other QA/development tools. Good understanding of Agile workflow and development methodologies. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, product managers, and testers. Passionate about the customer experience, and what can be done to improve it. Understanding of regression testing and Progressive Regression Mapping. Recent hands-on experience using AI tools to create test scripts, troubleshoot issues, analyze results, or improve overall testing efficiency. Pay range:. $110K - $125K. Fully remote work experience.
