Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack development, including JavaScript, CSS, and modern Rails frontend frameworks. Strong background in Linux-based infrastructure, databases (i.e., Postgres, Clickhouse, etc), and integrating with external APIs.. Demonstrated ability to take defined epics and break them down into actionable milestones and stories. Collaborative mindset with experience working in Agile environments, pairing and mentoring others.. A proactive approach to AI-assisted development, with the ability to use these tools responsibly to increase your own velocity and code quality. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.. Pay range:. $160K - $190K. 100% remote work environment.
