Foodsmart is the largest telehealth network of registered dietitians in the country with a mission to make eating well simple.. Own the roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits pod end-to-end across food access programs, health benefits administration, and new service lines.. Become an expert in the Food & Food Benefits ecosystem through research, interviews, and building relationships with thought leaders.. Translate complex operational workflows and multi-party requirements into scalable, well-defined product capabilities.. Design and advocate for the member experience, turning logistics into moments of delight.. Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to define systems architecture for managing benefits programs at scale.. Balance client-driven timelines with the discipline of building platform capabilities.. 7+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.. Track record of launching new products or service lines end-to-end.. Experience working alongside Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams.. Experience building and launching products with commercial and go-to-market teams.. Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools.. Nice-to-have: Experience with benefits management platforms or government health program operations.. Pay range:. $165K - $205K. Unlimited PTO. Flexible & remote location.
