Lead projects from discovery to launch and iteration.. Balance platform health with larger initiatives.. Partner with internal teams to turn workflow gaps into product opportunities.. Use AI tools to enhance research and product testing.. Define and track success metrics.. Build trust with revenue stakeholders by clear communication and following through on commitments.. 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in media, consumer, or content companies.. Comfortable working with revenue teams and curious about their operations.. Experience using AI tools to improve work and decision-making.. Curiosity about media business revenue generation.. Strong user empathy and ability to turn stakeholder pain points into product decisions.. Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills.. Collaborative with strong verbal and written communication abilities.. Detail-oriented and well-organized.. Open-minded approach to problem-solving and continuous learning..
