Strengthen the accounting organization’s infrastructure across close and consolidation, SEC-quality financial reporting, accounting policies, technical accounting, internal controls, systems, documentation, and audit readiness.. Lead the standardization and optimization of accounting processes globally, establishing clear ownership, performance expectations, service levels, and measurable outcomes.. Champion continuous improvement and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, simplify processes, accelerate cycle times, and improve the quality and accessibility of financial information.. Strengthen processes supporting cash visibility, liquidity management, cash positioning, and working capital optimization.. Public-company accounting experience; a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, SOX and audit requirements.. Demonstrated success leading accounting transformation, process standardization, automation, and continuous-improvement initiatives..
