Act as a thought partner to various teams, contributing to legal and business aspects.. Build processes and improve contracting efficiency through technology.. Review and update contract templates based on legal developments.. Provide legal counsel on contractual obligations and risk mitigation.. Ensure compliance with laws and company policies in contracts.. Collaborate with internal teams for effective vendor contract management.. Develop and implement contract templates and best practices.. Manage processes and tools related to contracts.. Support corporate transactions as they arise.. Train stakeholders on contract-related legal risks.. Opportunities to work in other legal areas such as intellectual property and privacy.. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top tier law school. Admission to the state bar in which you reside. 4-6+ years of legal experience, including in transactional legal areas. Healthcare experience preferred. Stellar contract drafting skills.
