Participate in leadership team meetings and contribute an informed operational perspective.. Set priorities and raise the standard of execution across administration, people operations, and company events.. Oversee programs and practices that help employees feel connected and effective.. Drive preparation of all-hands presentations and company communications.. Identify and solve recurring problems to improve operations.. Bachelors Degree. Record of owning complex operations or cross-functional initiatives with excellent results.. Exceptional judgment, discretion, and integrity..
