Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of system and reporting requests.. Automate recurring reports and manual workflows.. Support system projects such as new module rollouts, integrations, data migrations, and annual cycles.. Enable People Operations teammates and managers through training and support.. Stay current on HR technology, analytics, and AI trends.. 8+ years of related experience in HR systems, People analytics, or HR operations.. Expert-level knowledge of at least one major HRIS.. Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools.. Demonstrated fluency with AI tooling for data analysis.. Ability to translate business questions into metrics and communicate findings clearly.. Strong understanding of data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality..
