Define and execute the strategy for SEO, AEO, and GEO across traditional and AI-powered platforms.. Work at the intersection of technical SEO, content strategy, and structured data.. Partner with Marketing, Tech, Merchandising, and Partnerships teams.. Own the organic search roadmap and KPIs including SEO-driven activated registries, clicks, top-3 rankings, and AEO citation share.. Review and optimize AEO tracking tools and frameworks.. Maintain and enhance Google rankings across key business categories.. Develop AI-driven systems and replace vendor tools where applicable.. Co-own brand search strategy and attribution with Paid Search.. Publish monthly and quarterly SEO and AEO reviews.. Guide internal communications on SEO and AEO.. Tie organic discoverability to business impact. Built and run an AEO program from first principles.. Deep technical SEO skills on large, complex sites.. Experience linking AI visibility, citations, and brand search to signups and revenue.. Experience building AI-assisted workflows and systems.. Applied AEO or GEO experience with a track record of organic growth.. Setting content standards to drive organic traffic.. Hands-on experience in pulling data, writing briefs, and fixing markup..
