Lead the design of complex experiences across web and native iOS platforms, from problem definition and discovery through prototyping, launch, and iteration.. Use research, feedback, behavioral data, and competitive insights to understand customer needs and define problems worth solving.. Create intuitive experiences with strong interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility following Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.. Develop high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using tools including Lottielab, Jitter, and ProtoPie.. Ensure cohesion and consistency in user experience across customer journeys and contribute to the design system.. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to define success and iterate based on experiments and feedback.. Participate in critiques, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of high standards and collaboration.. 5-8+ years of experience designing digital products for responsive web and mobile platforms with strong iOS experience.. Exceptional skills in UX, interaction, and visual design, with an understanding of information architecture and accessibility.. Experience in motion and interaction design, including animation and high-fidelity prototyping using tools like Figma, Lottielab, Jitter, or ProtoPie.. Advanced proficiency in Figma for prototyping, component-based design, and using design systems.. Ability to translate customer insights, business goals, and technical considerations into solutions, with research and usability testing experience.. Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Cursor for design exploration and rapid prototyping.. Independent leadership with the ability to navigate ambiguity and progress projects forward with minimal guidance.. Strong communication and collaboration skills to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.. A portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving, exploration, and measurable impact with interactive prototypes or motion work.. Possessing a growth mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to receive feedback.. Pay range:. $150K - $190K.
