Act as a trusted strategic finance partner to key department leaders, helping them navigate budget constraints and evaluate ROI on new initiatives.. Provide financial reporting, analysis, and commentary to partners including Coursera’s Board, management team, and investors.. Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for non-finance stakeholders and executive leadership.. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and reduce manual work.. 5+ years of corporate finance experience, including experience in the consumer, enterprise, and/or SaaS industries.. Experience with Excel & strong business modeling and analytical skills.. Experience leading complex workstreams and cross-functional efforts such as managing a yearly planning process.. Demonstrated history of building financial statements (P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet) as well as knowledge of accounting and corporate finance concepts..
