Principal Data Analyst at TendoAs a Principal Data Analyst, you will lead analysis of hospital quality performance and national rankings and ratings programs for current and prospective health system customers, including CMS Star Ratings, U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals, Leapfrog, and CMS pay-for-performance programs (HRRP, HAC, VBP). You will apply deep expertise in quality measure methodology, risk adjustment, and Medicare claims data to replicate program methodologies, explain what is driving a customer's results, and identify the improvement opportunities with the greatest impact on their scores and rankings. You will own the design of dashboards and benchmarking tools, and set standards for methodological rigor and validation across the team. You will serve as a senior analytic voice in pre-sales, sales, and ongoing customer engagements, presenting findings directly to customer quality and executive leadership. You will also mentor analysts and partner with Data Scientists and Process Improvement Consultants to shape how Tendo delivers analytic value.. Company Location: Remote, United States.
