Senior IT Asset Engineer at PenumbraAs a Senior IT Asset Engineer, you will be responsible for providing services to employees with IT issues and requests involving end-user IT equipment. You will maintain accurate, clear, and concise records of all IT equipment using ITAM technology and manage client systems and hardware life cycles. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert for resolving complex client systems and end user issues as well as identify asset incidents and problem trends. You will develop long-term solutions to recurring IT asset problems and work closely with other IT teams and departments to ensure the highest level of operational excellence..
