Director, Conservation Membership (Landowner Enrollment) at Chestnut CarbonAs the Director, Conservation Membership of a nature-based solutions company committed to developing high-quality voluntary carbon offset projects, this person will lead the team responsible for enrolling landowners in the Forest Carbon Works Conservation Membership Program.  The key responsibility is working with the sales reps and the sales support functional staff to improve pipeline conversion and increase the forested acres we have under enrollment.  This involves spending time with the team (virtually and in person), as well as prospective landowners, to understand our product alignment and market demands.  The Director will work closely with the Natural Resources Team (certified foresters) to collaborate on pipeline management and optimize skill development, process improvement and product tailoring to drive growth.  The position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and works closely with the sales team to ensure the highest standards are met..
