The Role. You’ll identify, source, and close new business opportunities. Using strong prospecting and consultative sales skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads for your pipeline and working a targeted account list.. Missions. Position the value of Agorapulse’s software with the Inbound methodology to medium-sized businesses. Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how Agorapulse can grow their business impact from social media. Identify and prospect into good-fit accounts that may or may not have Agorapulse knowledge or experience. Manage a pipeline of both inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers. Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if Agorapulse can be a strategic investment for their growth. Close business with new customers at or above quota level. Partner with marketing to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements or releases new products. Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance company values, culture, and vision. About You. 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, from prospecting to closing, in SMB. Fluent in German. Strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach to outbound prospecting. Open mindset focused on persistence, resilience, and coachability. Able to work autonomously while communicating effectively with remote internal teams. Positive outlook, growth mindset, and full ownership of successes and failures. Excellence in consultative selling and closing via outcome-based conversations. Top-tier organizational skills following a repeatable sales process. Currently a top performer in your role.
