On any given day you’d be running a client update call in the morning, reviewing VA output before it goes out, building tasks in ClickUp, and flagging something to the OPS Director that you noticed before it became a problem.. What you’ll own:. Weekly client calls and written updates, run independently. ClickUp (task creation, VA coordination, completion tracking). QA of deliverables before they reach clients. Spotting upsell opportunities and surfacing them to leadership. Keeping delivery moving across all active accounts. You’re a fit if:. You’ve spent 2–4 years in a digital agency or ORM environment.
