We’re looking for a client-facing project manager who can work independently, manage multiple client projects from start to finish, solve problems, and produce accurate work. A substantial part of your role will involve communicating directly with business owners.. This is a hands-on role. You’ll communicate with clients regularly, provide updates, follow up for information, answer routine questions, and keep each stage of their project moving. You’ll also personally prepare documents and spreadsheets, organize and review financial information, conduct research, maintain records, and complete administrative and operational work. This isn’t a sales role or one where you’ll assign work to others.. The work changes from day to day, but the standard doesn’t change: organized, timely, and correct. You don’t need legal, financial, or M&A experience. We’ll teach you our industry and processes. This role is suited to someone seeking a stable, long-term career. You’ll receive regular one-on-one coaching from our founder and, based on your performance and ability, may have the opportunity to advance into a dealmaker role.. Compensation. The starting monthly salary below is base compensation. Performance bonuses, closing bonuses, and the long-term incentive plan are additional. Compensation is paid in U.S. dollars.. Monthly Base Salary – $2,500 - $3,500 per month. Monthly Performance Bonus – Up to 25% of base salary ($625–$875 per month). Annual Healthcare Reimbursement – Up to $800 per year. Annual Closing Bonus – Up to $30,000 per year.. Paid Leaves – 10–15 days annually ($1,154–$2,423 estimated value), based on tenure. Eligible unused days are paid in cash annually.. Additional Long-Term Incentive Plan – $6,000–$8,400 annually (20% of base salary), vested over 20 years.. Typical Annual Compensation Before Closing Bonus – $34,500–$50,400.. Potential Annual Compensation, Including Closing Bonus – Up to $83,300, excluding paid leave and the long-term incentive plan.. How bonuses work: Team members who meet expectations typically earn 60%–80% of the monthly performance bonus; top performers typically earn 90%–100%. We allocate 15% of net success fees to the closing-bonus pool and divide it among team members based on tenure and monthly performance ratings. Closing bonuses may reach $50,000+ annually after 10 years of tenure.. Client communication – Communicate directly with business owners, ask clear questions, provide useful updates, and follow up professionally.. Project management – Own multiple client projects from assignment through completion. Set priorities, coordinate tasks, track deadlines, and define next steps.. Documents and analysis – Prepare and update documents, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, trackers, and internal records. - Organize, review, and summarize financial information.. Research – Find reliable information, check the facts, and summarize what matters in plain English.. Quality control – Identify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, and formatting problems before work is shared.. Problem-solving – Resolve routine issues independently, escalate matters that require a decision, and recommend practical improvements.. What Success Looks Like. You keep projects organized, current, and visible without constant supervision.. You meet deadlines and complete follow-ups reliably.. You produce accurate, complete, and professional documents, spreadsheets, and records.. You keep clients and team members informed and clarify what happens next.. You identify problems early, resolve routine issues, and escalate the right matters.. You apply feedback quickly and improve with each assignment.. How You Work. Ownership – Work independently, take responsibility for assignments, and see them through to completion.. Attention to detail – Produce accurate work and catch missing information or inconsistencies.. Organization – Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines without losing track of details.. Judgment and adaptability – Make sound decisions, know when to ask for help, and remain effective as priorities change.. Learning – Master new systems, welcome direct feedback, and apply it quickly.. Required Skills and Experience. Client relationships – Experience working directly with clients and managing professional relationships.. Relevant background – Experience in project management, coordination, operations, executive support, administration, or a similar role.. Technology – Strong skills with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and other business software.. Financial Data– Comfortable working with numbers; prior financial experience isn’t required.. Accuracy – Excellent proofreading, document formatting, and spreadsheet skills.. English – Clear, professional written and spoken English.. Your previous title may have been Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or something else. The title matters less than your ability to take ownership, think clearly, and deliver reliable work.. Remote-Work Requirements.
