We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel & Resort Coordinator to support clients with accommodation planning, reservation coordination, and hospitality-related services. This fully remote role requires strong communication skills, organisation, and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience while managing multiple client requests.. Key Responsibilities. Assist clients with hotel and resort accommodation planning and booking requests. Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences, reservation details, and itinerary updates. Coordinate with hospitality partners to confirm accommodations and related services. Maintain accurate booking records and client information. Provide timely responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms. Support event and group travel coordination when applicable. Research accommodation options and provide recommendations based on client needs. Monitor reservation changes and assist with modifications or updates. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the planning and booking process. Qualifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment. Comfortable using web-based systems, email, and online collaboration tools. Hospitality, travel, customer service, administrative, or event planning experience preferred but not required.
