Senior Marketing Manager (Product) at Personify Health. Location Information: Canada. Personify Health is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager (Product) to own the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our health technology solutions. You’ll serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing, transforming complex product capabilities into compelling customer narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and business growth.. This is a fully remote opportunity where your work will directly influence pipeline growth, improve win rates, and strengthen Personify Health’s market position.. What You’ll Do. Develop customer-focused value propositions, messaging, and product positioning.. Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and feature releases.. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.. Create high-impact sales enablement materials, including presentations, solution briefs, and case studies.. Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Commercial Enablement teams.. Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing programs using data-driven insights.. Mentor junior marketing team members and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.. What You’ll Bring. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).. Some years of product marketing experience with a proven record of launching complex products.. Experience in healthcare technology, health plans, health insurance, benefits administration, or related industries.. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.. Experience with CRM systems, marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and sales enablement platforms.. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.. Salary & Benefits.
