You'll work alongside a talented team solving hard problems in blockchain infrastructure and distributed systems. This role is based in our SoHo, NYC headquarters with the option to be partially or fully remote.. . What You'll Do. . . Own projects end-to-end: scope requirements, design systems, implement solutions, and monitor them in production.. . Write clean, well-tested Rust code and raise the bar through thoughtful code reviews.. . Build and maintain infrastructure that keeps Unichain reliable, performant, and available 24/7.. . Proactively identify gaps in our systems and propose practical solutions that move us forward.. . Participate in on-call rotations to ensure chain stability and rapid incident response.. . Work cross-functionally to turn complex, ambiguous problems into clear technical plans.. . . What You'll Bring. . . 5+ years. of backend engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.. . Experience building and operating distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure.. . Comfort with ambiguity: you can take an unclear problem, break it down, and deliver results.. .
