Work on special data analysis projects, as needed. Requirements. 2+ years experience in managing an Engineering team. At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems. 3+ years experience in Blockchain in general. 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV. Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBS. Expertise using Go language. Strong communication and problem solving skills. Creative, independent, can do attitude, take ownership of overall responsibilities and a great team player. Ability to read, modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, ...). \n.
