Following provider instructions, demonstrates accurate, timely, and efficient follow through with pharmacy refills, obtaining, reporting and tracking of lab results, medical records, leaving phone messages, and responding to patient messages. . Remain in compliance with HIPAA, and protect all patient health information (PHI) in accordance with Federal and state regulation. . . What you will need to succeed: 🌱. . . National Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA) from NHA, AMT OR AAMA required. . Prior experience utilizing the CoverMyMeds system required. . Experience submitting prior authorizations for weight loss medications electronically and over the phone. .
