What You’ll Own. . . Team revenue targets and forecast accuracy. . Pipeline health and deal progression. . Executive alignment on strategic accounts. . Sales process consistency and coaching excellence. . Development of high-performing AEs and Strategic Account Directors. . . What You’ll Do. . . Participate in discovery calls, demos, and executive summary meetings. . Inspect and strengthen pipeline weekly. . Coach through call reviews and structured deal strategy sessions. . Build account plans for enterprise expansion. . Ensure disciplined use of Salesforce and sales tools. . Partner with CRO and executive leadership on revenue strategy. . .
