Build long-horizon documentation tasks that mirror clinical documentation work.. Create deterministic rubrics to grade agent performance against verifiable ground truth.. Develop scenarios for encounter documentation like SOAP notes, H&Ps, and progress notes.. Construct transitions of care scenarios including discharge summaries and medication reconciliation.. Formulate CDI queries triggered by rule-defined documentation gaps with known correct query framing.. Work independently and asynchronously to ensure task quality and throughput.. Qualifications. Must-Have. 2+ years as a medical scribe, CDI specialist, RN, NP, PA, or similar documentation-heavy role.. Expertise in SOAP or H&P authoring, CDI query practice, discharge summary construction, EHR documentation workflows (Epic, Cerner)..
