THE PERSON |. To be the ideal candidate, you must have:. Three (3) - Five (5) years’ experience working in the Insurance industry, with a minimum 2 years underwriting experience. Minimum of five (5) CXC/GCE ‘O’ Level passes inclusive of Mathematics & English Language. Minimum of three (3) CAPE or A Level passes.. Completed Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate Level OR equivalent qualification (will be an asset). Completed or pursuing BSc. or higher qualification in Insurance & Risk Management, Business Management, or any other related course of study (will be an asset).
