Respond to user inquiries and support requests through various communication channels. Provide accurate and timely information to users, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues effectively.. Troubleshoot technical problems users may encounter and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.. Provide insights and recommendations for improving User s engagement and content quality.. What we expect from you:. The candidate must have EU work permit.. Strong written and verbal communication skills, B2 or higher level of English language proficiency, as well as conversational level of Russian language..
