Has 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, ideally in a fast-paced tech company. Has led cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Delivery) and managed P&L accountability. Drive strategic planning cycles and ensure alignment with revenue, cost, and company-wide OKRs. Lead monthly and quarterly OKR reviews across all departments. Build and optimize scalable operational systems and workflows across departments. Ensure timely execution of core processes (budgeting, onboarding, compliance).
