Role Description. The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage.. Works with the business team to understand business rules, data flow and appropriately create reporting and analytics for the program. . Works with complex datasets to perform exploratory data analysis to provide insights to make business decisions. . Combines consultative and technology focus to Data Analytics. . Skilled in bridging gap between technology and operations. . Motivated person interested in performing exploratory data analysis with complex datasets with minimal direction. . Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects. . Qualifications. BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field . 4-8 years experience in a related field preferred . Client facing experience preferred . Advance Excel experience (including Macros) preferred . Intermediate to Advance SQL . Intermediate to Advance Tableau . Patient/Hub Service experience is preferred . Experience in Rare Disease Patient Analytics or Provider Analytics preferred . Call Center Data Analytics preferred . Experience working in data feeds (Data Aggregators) . Requirements. May contribute to the development of policies and procedures . Works on complex projects of large scope . Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems . Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives . Completes work independently and receives general guidance on new projects . Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives . May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues . Remote Details.
