Role Description. This position needs a sales talent with great team spirit and the talent to lead. Your role needs a strong value driven sales motion to develop new business and expand the footprint within our customers, who are leaders in their industry.. Support companies in achieving their goals and staying competitive with solutions for digitalization and enabling the digital thread. . Lead a skilled team from different PTC experts, providing leadership, account strategy, motivation, empathy, and orchestration. . Ensure and expand existing business with a customer-first mentality, building trustful relationships with key stakeholders. . Qualifications. Successful and proven sales track record (Enterprise Software/Solutions) with a minimum of 5 years of full cycle sales experience in an industrial setting. . Experience in actively driving strategic prospecting, account planning, and account development. . Team player with a leadership attitude. . Strong communication and presentation skills. . Ability to develop a broad network at clients and partners. . Swedish language native or full professional proficiency is mandatory. . Requirements.
