Architect scalable and maintainable backend solutions for complex business logic and high-traffic applications. Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA, and product managers to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions. Perform code reviews and champion best practices in software development. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues. Ensure code quality with automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and SOLID development principles. Participate in architecture and design discussions to shape the future of our platform. What You Bring. Technical Skills. 8+ years of experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Core and PHP (Laravel). Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis). Familiarity with microservices architecture and message queues. Experience with Docker and containerized environments. Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools. Understanding of software design patterns and secure coding practices. Soft Skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Strong communicator and team collaborator. Capable of leading technical discussions and making informed architectural decisions. Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working independently. Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
