This role will help optimize freight operations by analyzing transportation data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing insights that drive smarter logistics decisions.. Key Responsibilities. Analyze shipping and freight data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.. Build dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate findings.. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:. On-time delivery rate. Cost-per-mile. Deadhead percentage. Load acceptance/rejection rate. Collaborate with dispatchers, brokers, and operations to implement efficiency solutions.. Support budgeting, forecasting, and rate analysis using historical transportation data.. Integrate with TMS platforms to pull accurate and timely reports.. Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Logistics, Business, or similar field.. 2+ years of experience in transportation/logistics analytics (preferred)..
