Talent Sourcer (Outbound). to identify and engage high-potential sales candidates (SDRs / AEs) across key markets. You’ll be responsible for top-of-funnel outreach and play a key role in filling our talent pipeline.. . You will:. Source and identify SDR candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels. Conduct outbound outreach and message candidates directly. Pre-qualify candidates and invite them into our AI interview funnel. Hit weekly outreach and sourcing targets. Work closely with the Talent team to optimize sourcing strategy and messaging. Requirements. 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or outbound talent outreach. Excellent written English and strong communication skills. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, ATS tools, or sourcing platforms. Detail-oriented, fast executor, and goal-driven mindset.
