Set up and facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, etc.). Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve blockers. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery progress, risks, and milestones. Ensure delivery aligns with product goals, quality standards, and business value. Champion continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, and culture. About You:. Proven experience in a similar role (Product Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Manager in a product environment). Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe – we're not religious, just practical). Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between tech and business.
