Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills. Experience working with Jira or similar Agile project management tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
