Role Description. The Head of Financial Operations is a strategic and results-oriented finance leader overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of our Financial Health organization. Operating as a "mini-CFO," this role is integral to driving financial performance, optimizing margins, and providing actionable insights to the General Manager.. Oversee P&L management and deliver regular financial updates . Collaborate cross-functionally to align operational execution with the company's strategic objectives . Combine financial stewardship with operational excellence to drive value creation . Enhance customer satisfaction and support sustainable business growth . Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of revenue cycle services and technology solutions . Essential Functions:. Develop a strategic perspective on the business and customers . Develop and implement operational strategies with business teams to drive profitability . Partner with sales around pipeline review process for pricing alignment . Oversee day-to-day operations across departments . Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals . Serve as key advisor to GM using data and analysis for decision-making . Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement . Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for operational activities . Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) . Lead the development of financial strategies that support growth and innovation . Deliver in-depth financial analysis for board reviews and investor presentations . Qualifications. Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in operations or business management . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities . Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams .
