We are now seeking a visionary and execution-oriented CTO to join our team and lead the implementation of our technical roadmap.. Responsibilities. • Lead the company’s technical direction and system architecture to build scalable, stable, and secure systems;. • Manage and inspire the technical team, including frontend, backend, DevOps, and blockchain engineers;. • Plan and execute the technical roadmap for Manta and its product extensions, ensuring timely delivery;. • Serve as a technical representative in collaborations with project and ecosystem partners, ensuring delivery quality and efficiency;. • Keep up with the latest blockchain technology trends and promote exploration and adoption of cutting-edge technologies;. • Work closely with the Founder to shape overall strategy and product roadmap.. Requirements. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the Web3 space;. • Strong blockchain/Web3 background, with expertise in smart contracts, off-chain infrastructure, and Layer 1 / Layer 2 technologies preferred;. • Proficient in at least two of the following: Rust, Solidity, Go, TypeScript;. • Excellent team management and cross-functional communication skills; ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment;. • Fluent in English, and able to work effectively in an international environment..
