Role Description. The Sr. FP&A Data & Systems Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and improving use cases of Anaplan across the finance and revenue organizations. In this role you will work with the FP&A, sales compensation, data and sales teams. This role will require a high level of accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness as you assist with critical business processes.. Engage with business leaders across the organization to influence and create the right technical solutions to solve business problems . Proactively work to identify both user-facing and back-end system improvements . Identify opportunities to build out additional use cases of Anaplan within the organization . Ensure accuracy and timeliness of Anaplan data loads . Provide ongoing support to resolve stakeholder inquiries . Create and maintain technical and end user documentation . Qualifications. Hands-on experience building Anaplan models . Ability to effectively prioritize projects and tasks from multiple stakeholders . Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based projects . Understanding of FP&A and GTM processes . Ability to dig into large data sets to resolve discrepancies . Requirements. Anaplan Certified Model Builder . Snowflake and SQL experience . Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree . Requires a minimum of 4 years of Anaplan model building experience . Benefits.
