Click on 'Apply' button to find out more.. Role Description. Evolent Health is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Cardiovascular Medicine Clinical Services team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of transforming cardiovascular care delivery through data-driven insights and strategic collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for healthcare innovation, capable of bridging clinical expertise with operational execution.. Support the cardiovascular clinical leadership by organizing and synthesizing clinical value data. . Craft compelling narratives and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders. . Drive strategic initiatives, track program performance, and enhance communication between clinical and non-clinical teams. . Key Responsibilities. Clinical Data & Narrative Management: . Aggregate, analyze, and present clinical value data, metrics, and outcomes in a clear and compelling format tailored to diverse audiences. . Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and communication materials that articulate the impact of cardiovascular programs. . Cross-Functional Collaboration: . Serve as a liaison between the cardiovascular clinical team and departments such as operations, finance, marketing, and business development. . Translate complex clinical concepts into accessible language and visuals for non-clinical stakeholders. . Project Management & Execution: . Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects within cardiovascular utilization management and clinical innovation. . Define project scopes, establish timelines, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives. . Facilitate regular project meetings, document progress, and escalate risks or roadblocks as needed. . Program Value Tracking & Reporting: . Monitor and report on the performance of cardiovascular programs, including utilization trends, cost savings, and quality improvements. . Identify opportunities for optimization and support continuous improvement efforts. . Strategic Support & Communication: . Prepare briefing materials for executive leadership, client meetings, and internal strategy sessions. . Support the development of business cases and value propositions for new or evolving clinical programs. . Process Improvement & Innovation: . Evaluate and enhance existing workflows to improve efficiency, communication, and data accuracy. . Recommend and implement tools or practices that streamline project coordination and reporting. . Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Sciences, or a related field required. . Master’s degree (MPH, MHA, or related) strongly preferred. . 2–4 years of experience in healthcare, ideally with exposure to utilization management, clinical operations, or value-based care. . Project management experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting. . Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects in a clinical or healthcare setting. . Familiarity with cardiovascular care programs is a strong plus. . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex clinical data into clear, actionable insights. . Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. . Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet). . Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making. .
