Payroll Processing: . Perform end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Mexico, Costa Rica, and Canada, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.. Data Management: . Collect and verify payroll data from various sources, including timekeeping systems, garnishment, and HR records. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.. Reporting and Analysis: . Generate payroll reports for internal use and external audits. Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis.. Compliance and Documentation: . Ensure all payroll activities comply with legal requirements and company policies. Prepare and maintain accurate payroll documentation and records for auditing purposes.. Customer Service: .
